THE LEANING MINARET OF DOHA (Conventional)

Progress video taken on 05/04/2022 showing last casting on this 27m leaning Minaret and Mosque construction.

The minaret leans at 20 degrees from vertical (The leaning tower of Pisa is at 4 degrees)...so a potential world record as not many leaning Minarets or Towers are in in existence!

TFC & DEMA MASS VILLA HOUSING, NAJAF IRAQ- A site progress video taken February 2022 (Tunnel Form)

An extensive drone flyover showing progress and working tower cranes and tunnel form sets at our TUNNEL FORM CONSTRUCTION (TFC) & DEMA site in Najaf, Iraq. On this project we complete the superstructure shell of 4 villas each of two floors daily and 100 villas a month.

BARWA/UCC MADINATNA - Integrated Family Housing- November 2021 (Tunnel Form)

A recent project for the Qatar 2022 World Cup. Scope consisting of tunnel form master planning consultation, formwork design, foundations, superstructure subcontracting and finishing works.

The main contractor was UCC, an ENR TOP 150 company. At the time this video was shot the progress was around 240 days into the FAST TRACK 440 DAYS WHOLE PROJECT DELIVERY TIMELINE.

TFC Contracting scope was near turn key and included foundations, 76 buildings superstructure in tunnel form as well as conventional concreting works on stairs, parapets, roof enclosures and finishing works

This video taken in early 2022 shows continuing tunnel form works with finishing and final fix crews underway.

The project despite setbacks was a complete planning timeline success and was delivered in time for World Cup Official to take up residency and is now a satellite mini city serving Doha.
