In terms of just residential build TFC have completed over 30,000 tunnel form residential units alone in the past 12 years and are casting concrete on site somewhere in the world right now. We work with architects, designers and structural engineers to produce all types of buildings, completing functional structures that can be built out quickly, to tight timelines and increasingly tight budgets. Equally TFC Contracting can offer modular offsite, on site or near site concrete casting and steel manufacturing and fast track housing solutions as well as conventional column and beam services.
